By accessing and using the site and Client Portal of EA Financial Advisory Services ("Platform"), you fully agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our digital services.

EA Advisory provides financial, strategic, and asset consulting services. The information contained in this site and the Portal:

Under no circumstances shall EA Advisory be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform, or user internet connection failures. We work to keep the system available 99.9% of the time, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.

7. Legislation and Forum

These Terms of Use are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State headquarters of EA Financial Advisory Services in the United States. Any dispute related to these terms shall be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the US, waiving any other forum, however privileged it may be.
